Herbal Exploration with Chamomile Naturopathy

Chamomile Naturopathy deliver this fun and informative introduction to hands on home herbal medicine.

Damian will explore some of the history and fundamentals of using herbs as medicine. Using hands on and theoretical learning, we will cover information from simple plant identification through to use of backyard plants to improve the health of you and your family.

On completion of this course you should leave feeling confident of how to use a good number of backyard plants for home healing, when to harvest for maximum medicinal action and how to use these herbs as medicines.

On top of this you should you leave with a deeper understanding of the some of the different approaches and philosophies behind using herbs as medicines.

Throughout the day we will wander around the gardens spending practical time with the plants, touching, smelling and exploring other features which can indicate medicinal actions. There will be plenty of time for discussion and questions as we go.
